What does Bulzz cost?
10,000 RWF per month in Rwanda, 1,000 KES per month in Kenya. This is the early adopter price and it is locked in for shops that join now.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You choose how long: 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks. No card is needed to start.
How do I pay?
By MTN Mobile Money in Rwanda or M-Pesa in Kenya. You send the payment, enter the transaction reference in the app, and your account is activated within 24 hours once we confirm it.
Can someone else run the shop for me?
Yes. Invite a manager you trust. They handle bookings and daily operations, but anything important comes to you for approval first, and you can suspend their access instantly from your own phone. The shop stays entirely yours.
Can my staff see each other's earnings?
No. Only you and any manager you invite have accounts. Barbers and salonists do not log in to Bulzz at all.
Does it work on a slow connection?
Yes. Bulzz runs on normal mobile data. You do not need WiFi.
Is Bulzz on iPhone?
Not yet. Bulzz is on Android today and iOS is in development.
What languages does Bulzz support?
English and Kinyarwanda.
What if I want to stop using it?
Cancel any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we will close your subscription. There is no contract.
