Delete Your Bulzz Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Delete via the App
Open the Bulzz app on your device.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
Go to Settings → Account from the profile menu.
Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm your decision when prompted. You may be asked to enter your password for security verification.
Permanent Action Warning
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all data will be lost and you will not be able to recover it.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your Bulzz account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
Your profile information
Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
All booking history and upcoming appointments
Past, present, and future appointments will be cancelled and removed
Saved preferences and favourite shops
Your saved barbershops, preferred staff, and app settings
Any reviews or ratings you've submitted
Your contributions to the Bulzz community will be removed
Data retention: Data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of your deletion request. Some anonymised, non-identifiable data may be retained for statistical purposes.
Request Deletion by Email
If you can't access the app, you can request account deletion by filling in the form below. We'll process your request and send a confirmation to your email.
Request Received
Your deletion request has been received. We'll process it within 7 business days and send a confirmation to your email.
